The Hartland Township Board is considering revisions to sign regulations as they relate to home-based businesses. The Planning Department is looking for public input on potential changes.

Home-based businesses are those conducted within the homeowner's primary residence and do not include activities which otherwise alter the residential nature of the property. This can include professionals (tax preparers, engineers, architects, contractors, etc.) working from their homes.
